I went in to get an alignment on a set of dentures they did not make, the denture had broke in two and hurt where a different place tried to fix it. Wow wow wow what an amazing visit, he said I just needed an adjustment and guess what... He didn't charge me!!! This is unheard of, and the Eric and his staff are amazing!!!!!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone!! He also fixed my sister in laws and she was so impressed, said her dentures never fit so well!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!!! Thank you Eric and I think her name was Rhonda.

Just a little story of my experience with N W denture center. My old dentures were 12 years old. Got two cracks on my upper dentures in two days. My husband found them on line , called and spoke to Rhonda about their procedure. He liked what he was hearing about one day service for new dentures. I called back and set up an appointment with Rhonda. She was very sweet and helpful. She scheduled me a week and a half out on a Friday. Come in at 8 am and go home with new dentures by 4 pm. The night before I was scheduled for my appointment my top denture broke in half. BAD!!!!!!!! My husband and I got there at 8 am, Fawna immediately took my broken denture and started repairing it. I got it back and we were able to leave and run around town. Came back at 2:30 and Erick started his magic on me. Erick said my husband could come into the room with me, so he did. We were both so impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. We felt like we were in good hands, and we were. He took all the time in the world to make a perfect fit. Super nice and patient !!!!!!!!!! He gave me a beautiful smile back!! You could not ask for a better team to work with you on dentures. You can tell that they love what they do. When I was with waiting for the Dr. I was very apprehensive, expected a Fast Food treatment. You know the kind of hurry up and get out.

When Big Sky Denture Center made my dentures 4 times to big for my mouth, North West Denture Center had to make me a hole new set. I love my teeth from this Doctor!!! Erick and his team were great! I went to Partnership Dental and they gave me 2 choices of Denturists to seek treatment from. Big Sky Denture Center was slow and I couldn't understand why they would 3 different prices for a denture, they have different prices for the teeth.I want the best teeth available, not good, better and best. Very confusing!
North West Denture Center was able to explain everything so that even I understood what was going on. I love my new smile and Erick Vines has put together a GREAT TEAM! I would recommend North West Denture Center to anyone!
